Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day execution on Meta across client accounts.
• Plan and run creative testing; kill losers and scale winners.
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and booking flows end-to-end.
• Set up GoHighLevel automations and CRM integrations.
• Maintain tracking (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs) for accurate decision-making.
• Run CRO on landing pages to improve conversions and show-up rates.
• Report on CPL, cost per booked call, close rate, and ROAS; propose weekly optimizations.

Job description

We're a direct-response performance marketing agency. We don't sell awareness, reach, or impressions. We build ad systems that turn spend into booked calls and closed revenue for service businesses doing $500 to $10k+ tickets.

We're hiring one performance marketer to own day-to-day operations across our client accounts.

What you\'ll do

• Own strategy and daily execution on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) across multiple client accounts
• Plan and run creative testing (hooks, angles, UGC, statics) and read the data fast enough to kill losers and scale winners
• Build and optimize funnels end to end: landing pages, application funnels, lead to appointment flows
• Build GoHighLevel automations: pipelines, workflows, CRM integrations, follow-up sequences, calendar booking
• Set up and maintain tracking (Pixel, CAPI, event tracking, UTMs) so decisions aren't guesses
• Run CRO on landing pages and booking flows: fix drop-offs, lift show-up rates, improve lead quality
• Report on what matters (CPL, cost per booked call, close rate, ROAS) and tell us what you\'re changing next week

What we need

• 3+ years running paid ads, with agency experience across multiple accounts, client-facing
• Six figures or more in managed Meta ad spend
• You\'ve scaled an account to $100k+ MRR and can walk us through exactly how
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel: automations, workflows, integrations
• You can build a conversion-focused landing page yourself
• Creative instinct. You know why an ad works before the data confirms it
• Comfortable with tracking and attribution. You can diagnose a broken funnel, not just report that it's broken

• Design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Experience with high-ticket coaching, legal, financial advisory, or local service niches
