Job summary

Impeck Telecoms (opc) is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to lead B2B and B2C lead generation for USA and India. You will design, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, driving high-quality leads and scalable growth.

You will analyze funnels, track performance with GA/GTM/Pixel, collaborate with sales, produce regular reports, and refine targeting, keywords, and creative.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience generating leads for USA and India.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, landing pages, and funnels.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, CRM tools, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads from the USA and India.
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
• Run Microsoft/Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
• Improve campaign performance by optimizing CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS and conversions.
• Build audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Keyword research, competitor analysis and A/B testing.
• Track performance using GA, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tools.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure lead quality and conversion.

• - Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• - Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion.
