You will plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft, and other channels. You will implement GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, align with sales to improve lead quality, and focus on KPIs like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Experience generating leads for USA and Indian markets.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, landing-page optimization, and attribution.
• Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
• Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work the US shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
