Overview

• Role: Peoplesoft Technical Consultant/Technical Specialist/Technical Lead - HRMS/HCM
• Experience: 4 to 12 years
• Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience interacting with clients to understand requirements and design, development and implement PS HCM 9.1
• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM
• Hands-on experience in PeopleTools and App Engines
• Strong functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Global Payroll, Base Benefits, Training, UPK (highly desirable)
• Must be able to read SQR programs and note issues
• Hands-on experience delivering mission-critical projects to demanding customers
• Hands-on experience interacting with customers to deliver projects
• Hands-on experience creating dynamic prompts in PeopleSoft
• Hands-on experience in Syntax, Passing Values, etc., in Application Engine
• Hands-on experience in Component Variables and Global Variables
• Knowledge in PS HCM HR experience including table configuration
• Very sound team building and people skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts; very sound mentoring skills
• Very sound communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
