Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft technical consultancy focusing on HCM modules and integration points.
• Develop interfaces, bolt-on enhancements, reports, conversion programs, and workflow designs using PeopleTools technologies (Integration Broker, Web services, Application Package, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Approval Framework, SQR, BI Publisher).
• Configure secure file transfers and data encryption/decryption for upstream/downstream data (e.g., using Cygwin, PSFTP, SSH, and PGP).
• Set up and tailor PeopleSoft systems to meet unique business requirements; perform performance tuning and database scripting (Oracle and SQL Server).
• Develop and execute unit, system, integration, user acceptance, parallel, and performance testing scripts for PeopleSoft Applications.
• Develop jobs using PeopleSoft Process Scheduler and AutoSys; participate in end-to-end project phases, including interacting with users and team management.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years’ experience; strong Integration Broker experience.
• Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Package expertise.
• Well-versed with PS HR Functional environment.
• Specialization in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with latest PeopleTools, including Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor and Payroll Modules.
• Experience with ADP Payroll interfaces, Workday, OnBase, iCIMS, Taleo and other third-party integrations.
• Proven project management experience in handling end-to-end project phases.
• Strong system knowledge of PeopleSoft HR applications and integrations.
• Ability to define standards for design and coding.
• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
