Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise and upgrade experience in Chennai. You will work on core HR, payroll and related modules, delivering upgrade projects and providing expert guidance across the PeopleSoft HCM suite.

The role requires hands-on skills in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine and SQL, and a proven track record of at least two upgrades (v9.2 preferred). On-site work in Chennai is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM
• Involved in a minimum of 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management
