Job summary

Webasto Roofsystems India is seeking a People Solutions Specialist (f/m/x) to manage employee lifecycle transactions and master data across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and ADP. The role involves processing hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, experience in PO Administration or Shared Services, and strong English communication with proficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment.
• Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP.
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
• Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP.
• Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records.
• Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
