Webasto Group is seeking a PO Administration/HR operations professional to execute lifecycle transactions, maintain master data in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and ADP, and handle standard documentation and ticketing requests. You will ensure data quality and collaborate with regional teams to improve processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, strong English communication, and willingness to align working hours with US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in PO Administration or Shared Services.
• Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP.
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.

Responsabilités

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
• Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP.
• Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records.
• Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
