Webasto SE in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a People Solutions Specialist (f/m/x) to handle employee lifecycle transactions and master data maintenance in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and ADP. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, experience in PO administration, and strong English communication skills.

The candidate must be customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to adapt hours to US time zones.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment.
• Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP.
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.

Mansioni

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
• Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP.
• Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records.
• Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
