Webasto SE in Pune, Maharashtra seeks a Manager for People Solutions focused on TA Administration and Employee Lifecycle Services. You will lead recruitment and lifecycle transactions within a growing Shared Service Center, driving process standardization, automation and high service quality.

The role requires experience in HR operations, leading teams, and strong English communication. Candidates with SAP/ADP exposure and willingness to align with US time zones are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or a comparable service delivery environment.
• Proven experience in setting up, establishing and scaling a Shared Service Center or centralized service organization.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, operational service management, SLA/KPI monitoring and capacity planning.
• Good understanding of Talent Acquisition Administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP; knowledge of ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Very strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably experience with US related PO Services and willingness to adapt working hours to US Timezone.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Shared Service Center Setup: Establish and scale the Shared Service Center with a strategic and operational mindset, defining service delivery models, team structures, roles, responsibilities, governance and escalation processes while applying strong change, transition and project management skills.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, develop and motivate both service stream teams with strong leadership and team development skills, ensuring clear accountability, effective resource allocation, consistent service standards and a customer- and quality-oriented culture.
• Operational Performance: Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, service quality, ticket volumes, backlogs and processing times; apply analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making to drive capacity planning and continuous performance improvement.
• Service Delivery: Oversee recruitment administration throughout the hiring lifecycle and employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, organizational changes and terminations.
• Process Optimization: Drive process standardization and continuous improvement by establishing process documentation and advancing automation, digitization and efficiency improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Apply strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with regional PO teams, Talent Acquisition, PO leadership and IT, ensuring seamless service delivery, effective transitions and continuous alignment.
