Job summary

Webasto SE is seeking a People Solutions Associate (f/m/x) to support Employee Lifecycle Services in Pune, India. You will manage hires, transfers, terminations and data integrity across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and ADP, while ensuring accurate records and timely service requests.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong English, and a process-driven mindset to support global PO activities and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment.
• Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP.
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations.
• Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP.
• Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records.
• Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform.
• Perform data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
