Job summary

AMS in Pune (Hybrid) seeks an Specialist - People Operations focusing on US onboarding to join our HR team. You will manage end-to-end onboarding activities and support employee lifecycle processes for the US region.

The role requires 2–6 years of HR Operations experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, with cab facility available.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Experience supporting US onboarding processes and documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
