Job summary

Mastermind Network in Kolkata is seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst HRO for the US region. The role covers end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and offboarding, with responsibility for background verification and vendor coordination.

The position requires 3–5 years of HR experience, willingness to work in US shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM). Kolkata-based role with US-time alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in US region.
• Experience across onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates and offboarding.
• Proficient with Workday HRMS and handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across US region.
• Executed HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and offboarding processes.
• Handled pre-onboarding activities such as background verification, document validation, and offer letter issuance.
• Maintained accurate employee records in Workday HRMS, including hiring, changes, and terminations.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions and a seamless candidate experience.
• Processed salary updates and compensation changes in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams.
• Managed exit formalities including full and final settlement, experience letters, NOC issuance, and handover coordination.
• Handled ex-employee Background Verification (BGV) requests, coordinating responses and documentation with external vendors.
