Job summary

Siro Clinpharm is hiring an HR Ops Associate to manage day-to-day HR operations for global and U.S. employees. You will handle Tier 1 and 2 HR queries via ServiceNow and maintain data in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Poornata, UKG, and iCIMS.

• 5–8 years of experience in HR operations preferred.
• Experience handling Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR queries via ServiceNow.
• Proficient in HRIS like PeopleSoft, UKG and iCIMS.
• Supports onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits and leave processes.
• Strong communication and data accuracy skills.
