Mangalayatan University in Aligarh invites applications for the role of PDP & Soft Skills Trainer to oversee training activities in this domain. Qualifications

• Masters degree in English from a recognized university; Ph.D is preferable.
• Certification or training in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication Skills, or Training & Development will be preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in conducting PDP, soft skills, personality development, communication skills, or employability training, preferably in a university or higher-education institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of English language, professional communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation techniques.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Meet/Zoom, and other digital training tools.
• Candidates with experience in Training & Placement, corporate training in higher educational institutions will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programmes on PDP and Soft Skills for university students.
• Conduct sessions on communication, interpersonal, presentation, leadership, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
• Assess students' training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
• Support students in developing confidence, professional etiquette, personality, and workplace readiness.
• Design and maintain training materials, activities, assessments, and session plans.
• Keep updated with industry expectations, employability skills, and professional-development practices.
• Contribute to the overall development of students in alignment with the academic and employability objectives of the university.
