Job summary

Bhakti Management Services seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver sessions on personality development, communication, and employability. You will lead programs on leadership, emotional intelligence, interview skills, and more for students across centers.

You will mentor individuals, provide coaching, and help learners build confidence, resume skills, and workplace readiness through engaging activities and assessments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
• Postgraduate degree or certifications in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Training & Development, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi with exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel for training assignments whenever required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging classroom sessions focused on personality development, communication, and employability skills.
• Conduct interactive training programs on Leadership, Attitude Building, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Interview Skills, Transactional Analysis, Johari Window, and SWOT Analysis.
• Use real-life examples, case studies, storytelling techniques, role plays, and group activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Build confidence, positive attitude, and professional behavior among students.
• Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, business etiquette, and presentation skills.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude-based activities, and personality assessments.
• Help students develop professional confidence and workplace readiness.
• Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Mentor students individually to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to support overall personality development.
• Encourage self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership qualities.
• Motivate students to overcome communication barriers and build self-confidence.
• Prepare training modules, presentations, learning materials, and assessment tools.
• Continuously update training content based on industry trends and employability requirements.
• Develop innovative learning activities to improve student engagement and participation.
• Maintain training documentation and attendance records.
• Assess students' progress through assignments, presentations, mock interviews, and classroom activities.
• Track individual performance and recommend improvement plans where necessary.
• Conduct periodic evaluations and share progress reports with management.
• Ensure measurable improvement in students' communication and personality development.
• Coordinate with Placement, Operations, and Academic teams to align training objectives with placement requirements.
• Support placement drives by preparing students for interviews and corporate interactions.
• Participate in placement activities, career workshops, seminars, and student engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions.
• Maintain training schedules, reports, attendance, and performance records.
• Ensure timely submission of training reports and feedback to management.
• Follow organizational policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Be willing to travel to different training centers as and when required.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
• Postgraduate degree (MBA, M.A., M.Com, or equivalent) or certifications in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Training & Development, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 10-20 years of experience in Personality Development, Soft Skills, Behavioral Training, or Corporate Training.
• Experience in Aviation, Education, Hospitality, BFSI, Corporate Learning & Development, or Training Institutes will be preferred.
• Proven track record of training students, professionals, or corporate employees in personality development and communication skills.

Desired Candidate

• Excellent command of English and Hindi with exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Transactional Analysis, Johari Window, SWOT Analysis, and Interview Skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build confidence among students through interactive learning techniques.
• Excellent classroom management, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for training assignments whenever required.
• Age preferred: 33-50 years.
