Majestic Hr seeks a payroll professional to manage monthly payroll, salary calculations, attendance, leaves, overtime and LOP. You will ensure accurate payslips, maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.

Requirements include practical payroll knowledge, PF/ESIC/PT/TDS awareness, and strong communication plus problem‑solving skills to resolve payroll queries efficiently. This is an on-site Pune position.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT ,TDS.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime & LOP.
• Manage payslips, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, F&F settlements, employee records, payroll reports, salary queries, and ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
