Job summary

Job Join Consultants is seeking a payroll officer to handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees in Ludhiana. The role includes maintaining attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift allowances, and calculating salary components such as Basic, HRA, and Deductions.

You will also manage PF/ESI enrollments and coordinate with finance for on-time salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation, while keeping employee records up to date in payroll MIS and salary registers.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Knowledge of attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift allowance handling.
• Understanding of PF/ESI enrollment and returns.

Responsibilities

• Generate and submit PF/ESIC challans and returns.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
• Maintain employee master data, payroll MIS, and salary registers.
