Job summary

Mobilise App Lab Llp is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end salary processing for all employees. The role requires hands-on experience in salary calculations, statutory compliances, and payroll record maintenance.

You will process monthly salaries, prepare salary sheets, ensure PF/ESIC/TDS compliance, maintain payroll data, and collaborate with HR and Accounts. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in salary processing and payroll management.
• Familiarity with PF, ESIC, TDS and payroll compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly salaries accurately and on time for all employees
• Prepare salary sheets, including calculation of incentives, deductions, advances, and leave adjustments
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory payroll requirements
• Maintain and update employee salary records and payroll data
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for attendance, leave, and salary-related inputs
• Make payroll entries in Tally Prime and assist with related accounting work
• Prepare payroll reports and MIS in MS Excel as required
• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips
