Job summary

SG Maart in Jodhpur is seeking a Regional HRBP (Talent Acquisition) to oversee payroll processes, attendance checks and statutory compliance across the region. The role requires close collaboration with site managers to ensure a smooth payroll cycle, accurate records, and compliant operations in a fast-growing retail network.

You will manage PF, ESIC, TDS, and salary sheets, address employee queries, and support F&F settlements, while contributing to policy implementation and process
