Job summary

Think People Solutions is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance across multiple locations in India.

You will handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, gratuity and bonus, conduct reconciliations and audits, and drive automation and governance within HRMS/payroll platforms.

A strong Excel/data-analysis capability and solid knowledge of Indian labour laws are essential; multi-location payroll experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 610 years of hands-on Payroll & Compliance experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity and Bonus.
• Experience in payroll audit, reconciliation and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of Indian labour laws.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll platforms.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience in Retail / D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Consumer businesses preferred.
• Multi-location payroll experience will be an advantage.
