Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to lead UAE/Middle East payroll implementations and support. You will configure payroll elements, run parallel payrolls, and ensure local compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of relevant experience, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, and a track record of end-to-end deployments or production support in the UAE/Middle East. Hybrid work is available from Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll with UAE/Middle East payroll focus.
• Experience with payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, elements, balances and flows.
• Knowledge of regional statutory and compliance requirements for UAE/Middle East payroll.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations and/or production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll implementation, configuration and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for regional payroll requirements.
• Configure payroll elements, salary components, deductions, allowances, payroll calculations and payroll flows.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
• Support UAE / Middle East payroll localization, statutory requirements and compliance processes.
• Handle payroll processing, reconciliation, costing, retroactive pay and payroll troubleshooting.
• Integrate Payroll with Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and other HCM modules.
• Support data migration, functional testing, UAT, parallel payroll runs and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scenarios.
• Provide production support and resolve payroll-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

• 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must have practical experience with UAE / Middle East payroll; generic Oracle HCM experience alone is not sufficient.
• Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad or Bangalore
