Job summary

vueverse. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant for India payroll projects. You will lead end-to-end implementations from requirements through go-live and hypercare, focusing on India Payroll and Core HCM.

Strong workshop facilitation, testing, and client management are essential. You'll work on both India and US payroll legislation where relevant, integrate with GL and PPM, and produce functional specs and test cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant.
• Minimum 2 full India Payroll implementations completed through go-live and hypercare.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll and Core HCM.
• Experience across all phases of implementation and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills.
• Ability to understand explicit and implicit business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Conduct business process workshops and advise clients on Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions and enhancements.
• Configure and support Oracle Payroll, with a preference for experience in both India and US legislation.
• Manage payroll integrations with Absence Management, General Ledger (GL), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and detailed solution designs.
• Prepare functional specification documents, test cases, and perform functional testing.
• Support train-the-trainer sessions and collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Work independently while contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
