Job summary

MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll in Bengaluru. The role focuses on payroll configuration, implementation, and support with emphasis on UK payroll legislation and Fast Formulas.

Hybrid work from the Bangalore office (2–3 days/week) is required. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and readiness for immediate to 45 days notice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
• Experience with UK Payroll Legislation is preferred; other country payroll knowledge is acceptable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model from Bangalore office (2–3 days/week) with immediate to 45 days notice period.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
• Work on payroll elements, balances, calculation cards, payroll flows, and related configurations.
• Analyze payroll requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and support testing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve payroll issues.
• Provide end-to-end payroll implementations, enhancements, and production support.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll with strong functional expertise in payroll configuration, implementation, and support. Candidates with UK Payroll Legislation experience are preferred; however, experience with any other country’s payroll legislation will also be considered.

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
