Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll functional consultant for India and US jurisdictions. The role requires 4+ years of experience and strong knowledge of payroll processes in Oracle HCM Cloud.

You'll engage in requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, training, cutover, and production support, and drive end-to-end payroll implementations. Prior experience with India payroll legislation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
• Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
• Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll
• Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
• Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
• Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
