Job summary

Nexera People Solutions is seeking a Payroll Executive in Bengaluru for 2–4 years of payroll processing experience. You will manage attendance, salary inputs, deductions, and employee records using Keka HR or similar tool, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll delivery.

You will coordinate with HR and Finance for inputs, handle statutory components like PF/ESI/PT/TDS, and address employee queries while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Manage attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Handle payroll processing and employee records in Keka HR or similar tool.
• Maintain and verify employee master data and payroll documents.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
• Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with statutory payroll components (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
• Support full & final settlement and exit-related payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist in payroll audits and compliance activities.
