Job summary

Brassica Pharma is seeking a payroll professional to manage monthly payroll operations for employees in the Mumbai Suburban area. The role requires handling inputs such as new joiners, exits, revisions, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and deductions, along with statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF.

The candidate will also handle full & final settlements, respond to payroll-related queries, and provide support for SPINE HRMS / payroll portal.

Qualifications

• SPINE HRMS knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately within defined timelines.
• Manage inputs: new joiners, exits, salary revisions, overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions.
• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement of exiting employees.
• Provide payroll portal support and respond to employee queries.
