Location - Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines using ZingHR.
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions before payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll inputs are validated and approved before processing.
• Generate salary sheets, bank transfer statements, payslips, and payroll reports.
• Prepare CTC calculations, Full & Final Settlement (F&F), and salary revisions.

HRMS (ZingHR) Management

• Manage employee master data in ZingHR.
• Update employee details such as salary revisions, promotions, transfers, confirmations, and separations.
• Maintain attendance, leave, shift, and payroll configurations in ZingHR.
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards from ZingHR.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely processing and compliance of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with finance and statutory consultants for monthly filings and reconciliations.
• Maintain statutory records and documentation.
• Knowledge of PF/ESIC claim

Employee Support

• Resolve employee payroll and salary-related queries.
• Issue salary certificates, payslips, and employment-related payroll documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowldge if HRMS software ZingHR.
• Experience in handling payroll for 2000+ employees will be preferred.
