Job summary

ICS Foods & Hospitality Services in India is seeking a dedicated payroll professional to manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate salaries, incentives, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements across the organization. You will validate master data, guarantee timely salary disbursement and payroll closure, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS).

You will also generate MIS reports to support budgeting, manpower planning and audits, while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance preferred.
• Certification in Payroll Management is an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree any field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance preferred.
