Job summary

Crowe India is hiring a Manager, Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll for domestic and international clients from Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. You will manage Ascent Payroll and greytHR, handling payroll tax queries and ensuring compliance while coordinating with HR teams.

This role requires 4–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and support for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in IT/ITES or services sector.
• Prior experience working with Ascent Payroll and greytHR is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monthly payroll processing and salary structuring
• Full and final settlements
• Handle payroll compliance including TDS, PF, ESI, PT
• Manage Ascent and greytHR systems for payroll runs, reports, and issue resolution
• Resolve employee payroll queries related to payroll, taxation, reimbursements, and benefits
• Ensure accuracy in tax deduction and calculation of payroll taxes
• Generate salary registers, payslips, and compliance reports
• Coordinate with internal and client HR teams to ensure data accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and compliance updates
• Support audits and monthly reconciliations
