Job summary

K12 Techno Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager Payroll to lead the complete payroll function, ensure accuracy, and drive compliant processes across HR and Finance. You will manage payroll inputs, settlements, and MIS while guiding a payroll team and implementing automation initiatives.

The role demands hands-on expertise in payroll laws, taxation, and HRIS/ERP systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, and ADP, coupled with advanced MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/HR; MBA preferred.
• 612 years of payroll experience with managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and HRIS/ERP systems & payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ADP, etc).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with payroll Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
• Validate salary inputs, allowances, deductions, and variable components.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
• Handle full & final settlements and payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll systems (HRIS/ERP) and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and cost analysis.
• Address employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR/Finance.
• Lead and guide the payroll team; drive process improvements and automation.
