Job summary

Topgear Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a Payroll Manager with 8-12 years of experience to lead end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, benefits and settlements. This role requires in-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS, strong experience with HRMS/payroll software, and collaboration with HR and Finance.

Stay updated on payroll and labor laws, manage payroll audits, and coordinate with vendors to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of payroll management experience in BFSI domain.
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Experience with HRMS/Payroll software and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary, deductions, benefits, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, bonus and other statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation and monthly payroll MIS/reports.
• Handle payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.
• Manage HRMS/Payroll systems and coordinate with payroll vendors.
• Resolve employee payroll queries and work closely with HR and Finance.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll and labor laws and implement required changes.

• Stay updated on changes in payroll and labor laws and implement required changes.
