Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India in Gurugram is seeking a Payroll & Labour Compliance Specialist with 10–15 years of experience to lead end-to-end payroll operations and ensure statutory compliance. The role emphasizes governance, accuracy, and accountability in a high-demand environment.

The ideal candidate will manage payroll through external vendors, oversee PF/ESI/tax compliance, and coordinate with HR, Finance, and external consultants to maintain regulatory adherence and process

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Payroll & Labour Compliance with expertise in end-to-end payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and labour laws.
• Experience handling payroll for 500+ employees will be preferred.
• Stable career progression with the ability to work effectively as a senior individual contributor.
• Strong ownership mindset with high integrity, accountability, and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations through external payroll vendors, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing, reimbursements, bonus payouts, statutory deductions, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and coordinate timely filings, audits, and inspections.
• Monitor adherence to central and state labour laws, maintain statutory registers, and conduct periodic compliance audits to mitigate organizational risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll vendors, manage service levels, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for seamless payroll operations.
• Drive process accuracy, documentation discipline, governance, and compliance ownership while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
