Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Manager – Payroll & HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have 15–20 years of experience in handling complete payroll and HR operations. The person must have excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Macros, and payroll systems.

The candidate should be confident in managing salary processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), full & final settlements, and all HR operations like onboarding, exit, documentation, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly salaries for employees
• Manage PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
• Maintain accurate payroll data and employee records
• Calculate and handle bonus, gratuity, HRA, LTA, and F&F settlements
• Manage attendance and leave systems
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll and compliance inputs
• Respond to payroll and HR-related employee queries
• Generate salary slips, MIS reports, and payroll summaries
• Ensure all payroll and HR policies follow government regulations
• Oversee full HR operations including:
  • Employee onboarding & exit
  • Documentation & record keeping
  • Policy implementation
  • HR audits & compliance
  • HR MIS and reporting
