Job summary

Talentflexiserv Global in Pune is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 2000 staff. You will ensure accurate data entry, run payroll software, and maintain compliant payroll records in line with contracts and regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of core payroll experience, knowledge of PF/ESIC, and the ability to generate statutory reports. NAPS exposure is a plus, and you will participate in audits to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Core Payroll Processing and Compliance Management.
• Experience in managing payroll for 2000+ employees.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory returns.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing and administration for over 2000 staff.
• Process payroll through payroll software.
• Calculate and verify salaries, benefits, and deductions as per contracts and laws.
• Ensure timely data entry of payroll data and maintain accurate records.
• Generate compliance reports and file PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in payroll tax calculations and submissions to stay compliant.
• Attend statutory audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Stay updated with payroll regulations and labour standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and administration of over 2000 staff


• Processing the payroll through payroll software


• Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations


• Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, leave records, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records


• Generating all compliances reports and filing statutory returns viz. PF, ESIC, etc


• Assisting in payroll tax calculations, deductions, and submissions to ensure compliance with local, state, and central statutory returns


• Attending regular statutory audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies


• Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour standards


• Experience in NAPS would be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum1- 3 years of experience in Core Payroll Processing and Compliance Management of atleast 2000 employees on Payroll Software
