Job summary

TalentCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TSPL Group) is seeking a Payroll & Compliance Executive in Pune to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple client orgs and bulk manpower. You will handle attendance, compliance, MIS, and client coordination with precision.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure timely, correct payroll and statutory filings across PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant payroll & compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements.
• Proficient MS Excel with payroll reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts with strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client companies.
• Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions and payroll inputs.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing per client deadlines.
• Handle PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/TDS and other labour law compliance.
• Prepare salary registers, payroll MIS, reports, challans and returns.
• Coordinate data, approvals and employee requirements with clients and HR teams.
• Onboard new employees, manage payroll documentation and exits.
• Respond to payroll and compliance queries from employees and clients.
• Maintain accurate master data and payroll records with compliance docs.

Job Summary

TalentCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TSPL Group) is looking for a Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for multiple client organizations and bulk manpower.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll MIS and client coordination. Candidates from Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Services, Recruitment, HR Consulting or Workforce Management companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client companies and bulk manpower.
• Verify attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, deductions and other payroll inputs.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing as per client requirements and deadlines.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare salary registers, payroll MIS, compliance reports, challans and statutory returns.
• Coordinate with clients for attendance data, payroll inputs, approvals and employee-related requirements.
• Handle employee onboarding, payroll documentation and exit formalities.
• Resolve payroll, salary and compliance-related queries from employees and clients.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, payroll records and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Operations and Finance teams for smooth payroll execution.
• Ensure payroll records and compliance documents are properly maintained and updated.

NAPS & NATS Preferred

• Basic knowledge of NAPS/NATS apprenticeship processes will be an advantage.
• Exposure to apprentice onboarding, attendance, stipend processing and documentation.
• Understanding of DBT, apprenticeship contracts and NAPS/NATS portals will be preferred.
