Role & responsibilities

• Manage monthly attendance processing for 1200+ employees and ensure accuracy of attendance and payroll records.
• Maintain and update employee attendance and payroll-related data in Spine HRMS.
• Manage leave records and leave balances and ensure timely updates in the HRMS.
• Send timely reminders and follow-ups to employees and reporting managers for attendance, leave, and payroll-related inputs.
• Verify and validate employee bank account details to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Coordinate with employees and respective departments for attendance discrepancies and corrections.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly attendance and payroll inputs within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate payroll-related records and reports for management reference.
• Support the payroll team in resolving employee queries related to attendance, leave, and salary processing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 45 years of relevant experience in Payroll / HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Spine HRMS will be preferred.
• Experience handling attendance and payroll processes for a large employee base (1200+ employees).
