Job summary

Deepak Nitrite in Mumbai seeks an HR professional responsible for payroll processing, statutory submissions, and HRMS data management. You will maintain attendance, lifecycle events, records, and employee relations, ensuring IMS/ISO compliance and engaging employees through programs.

The role requires a Master in HR/Labour Studies, strong communication, and proficiency with HRMS and Excel. Preference for candidates with factory and labour act awareness.

Qualifications

• Master in HR/Labour Studies is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in HRMS and Excel.
• Familiarity with labor laws and factory acts.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and full & final statements.
• Handle statutory compliances and submissions.
• Maintain contract labour attendance and verify invoices.
• Create data for new joiners and update HRMS.
• Manage lifecycle events: probation, confirmations, exits.
• Maintain records and handle grievances.
• Prepare notices in local language and generate HR letters.
• Maintain HR records per IMS/ISO.
• Conduct employee engagement programs.

Role & responsibilities

• Payroll Processing and Full & Final Statement (Input data to Bank Transfer).
• Statutory Compliances - Handled applicable labor laws, executed statutory submissions,
• Maintain Contract labour Attendance, Scrutiny of Compliance, Invoice Verification
• Data creation of New Joiners/Updation of existing employees record in HRMS
• Manage employee life cycle activities like probation assessment, Confirmations and Exit formalities through HRMS system.
• Maintained records, and managed employee grievances.
• Prepare Notice in local Language & Generate HR Letters
• Maintain HR Records as per IMS / ISO System
• Conduct Employee Engagement Program
