Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Statutory Compliance professional with strong hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing and labour‑law compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliances, contractor compliance, audits, MIS, and employee payroll queries across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for large manpower strength.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, deductions, arrears, and salary inputs.
- Process salaries, payslips, payroll reports, and Full & Final Settlements within timelines.
- Manage salary revisions, arrears, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely calculation, payment, filing, and reconciliation of:
- PF / EPF
- ESIC
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- TDS / Income Tax on Salary
- Bonus and Gratuity
- Minimum Wages and applicable wage requirements
- Ensure compliance with Payment of Wages, working hours, overtime, weekly off, and leave requirements.
- Manage applicable Shops & Establishments / Factories compliance.
- Handle Contract Labour compliance wherever applicable.
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, challans, records, and documentation.
- Manage contractor compliance and verify contractor statutory records.
- Support internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Prepare payroll MIS, compliance reports, reconciliations, and management dashboards.
- Manage payroll through HRMS / payroll software.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws, statutory rates, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, Finance, employees, contractors, and external consultants.

Eligibility
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Hands‑on experience in managing end‑to‑end payroll and statutory compliances.
- Experience handling payroll for multiple locations / large employee strength will be preferred
