The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 2 years of payroll experience, and is proficient with accounting software and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions in the payroll system.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of payroll-related financial data.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and communicating with stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and audits as required by management.
