Accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor and tax regulations
• Maintain and update payroll records, prepare statutory filings, and ensure CPF, tax, and related obligations are completed within deadlines
• Respond promptly to client queries, delivering excellent service and building trust through clear communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with internal teams to align payroll operations with service level agreements and ensure smooth delivery
• Support profitability by managing your portfolio efficiently and ensuring adherence to defined margins and performance targets
