Job description

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in Delhi NCR.

This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional who can take end-to-end ownership of India payroll while also supporting global payroll operations and an upcoming HRIS/payroll transition.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Manage India statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, TDS & Professional Tax
• Coordinate payroll operations across India and support international payroll activities
• Manage payroll vendors and payroll systems
• Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits and month-end activities
• Partner with HR and Finance on employee lifecycle and payroll changes
• Support HRIS/payroll migration, vendor evaluation and implementation
• Identify opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation

What we’re looking for:

• 4–7 years of payroll experience
• Strong hands-on experience in India payroll and statutory compliance
• Working knowledge of US and/or Philippines payroll is preferred
• Experience with payroll vendors and HRIS/payroll systems
• Prior exposure to US-based companies, US clients or multinational environments
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
• Experience with PeopleStrong, GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox or similar platforms is an advantage
• Own payroll operations in a global, multi-geography environment
• Play a key role in an important HRIS/payroll transition
• Work closely with senior Finance and HR leadership
• Opportunity to expand into broader Finance Operations responsibilities
