Job summary

JTS Medical Centre is seeking a friendly Patient Relations Executive to join our healthcare team in India. You will engage with patients across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to respond to inquiries, provide information, and build trust.

You will follow up on leads, convert inquiries into appointments, and collaborate with doctors, reception, billing, and insurance to ensure a seamless patient journey. A patient-first approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive, organized, and good at follow-ups.
• Experience in healthcare, patient relations, customer service, or sales preferred.
