Job summary

La Bake Amore in Bengaluru offers a 6-month Full-time Internship in baking and pastry arts. Interns work alongside experienced pastry chefs, assisting with practical classes, mise en place, and class logistics, while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Bakery & Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
• Passion for baking, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Prior internship or practical training is an advantage but not mandatory.

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate interns who are eager to build a career in the baking and pastry industry while learning from experienced chefs.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Additional Information

• Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and practical trial.

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position as a Pastry Chef Instructor upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance, attendance, and organizational requirements.
