Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional pastry and baking experience.
• Prior experience as a pastry chef instructor or head pastry chef preferred.
• Strong foundation in European pastry (French / Italian techniques).
• Excellent communication and demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in classical and modern European pastry techniques.
• Design and execute structured lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments.
• Mentor students on technique, consistency, presentation, and professional conduct.
• Supervise practical sessions ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Role Overview

The Senior Pastry Chef Instructor will lead advanced pastry and baking programs, mentor students and junior chefs, and uphold the academy’s standards of excellence, precision, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in classical and modern European pastry techniques
• Design and execute structured lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments
• Mentor students on technique, consistency, presentation, and professional conduct
• Supervise practical sessions ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Guide junior instructors and assist in curriculum development
• Contribute to workshops, masterclasses, and special programs
• Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality, and kitchen organization
• Stay updated with global pastry trends and techniques

Who We’re Looking For
