Job summary

Tata 1mg is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Partner Onboarding in the Category Management team based in Gurgaon. You will interpret drug data, manage catalog requirements, and coordinate with vendors to ensure data quality and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and team leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration across pharma products and channels.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, involving category business development and client/brand engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong team management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Sound knowledge of Pharma products.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the drug data correctly.
• Provide reports for the ongoing tasks.
• Filter and review the drug data to achieve quality.
• Communicate with vendors/brands through email and other official channels regarding catalog requirements.
• Track new products and does data entry as necessary.
• Answer routine customer service queries and refer the concerned person if required.
• Sound closely coordinate with the vendor/ Brand. Send and receive email messages to/from the vendor/ Brand to solve the issues in the specified time frame.

Brief about the Team
Category team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team executes cross functional tasks in order to improve selection, pricing and service. The team works with manufacturers for growing their brands on the platform. The working span across business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics, and retail.
What will you do
Interpret the drug data correctly
