Job summary

Tata 1mg is hiring a Senior Executive for the Projects team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on managing and executing the Weight Management Program under the Projects domain, ensuring timely delivery and strong client relations.

The candidate will collaborate with medical teams, maintain program trackers, and drive growth through cross-functional coordination and proactive task management. MBA graduates with 0–2 years’ experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduates with MBA preferred, 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide program overview to potential leads.
• Support in final closures with assigned customers.
• Coordinate with medical team for smooth customer journey operations.
• Handle day-to-day operations (bookings, communications, data tracking).
• Coordinate across teams for task completion as needed.
• Contribute to growth initiatives of the program.

Brief about the team:

Projects is part of the product team of TATA 1mg. The objective of the team is to manage the ongoing project, maintain friendly relations with the client, build a realistic project plan, deliver the outcomes on time, schedule tasks, and delegate assignments. They need to track the progress and performance of the project.Currently, it is confined to the Tata 1mg Weight Management Program.

What will you do:

• Providing program overview to the potential leads
• Involvement in the final closures with the assigned customers
• Working closely with the medical team for smooth customer journey operations
• Carrying out the day-to-day operations (bookings, communications, trackings, data/P&L sheet/ cx journey tracker maintenance.
• If required, coordinating among multiple teams for task completions
• Working on the growth aspect of the program

What we are looking for:

• Graduate/MBA with 0-2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Good Communication & presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills (people relations, well behaved, situation handling)
• Selling ability and data management with high AOV users
• Good intent, Growth mindset, Multi-tasking
