Job summary

Tata 1mg is seeking a Project Coordinator- Speciality Pharma in Gurugram to join the program management team. You will develop comprehensive program plans and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver patient-centric healthcare projects.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in program management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects within timelines while coordinating with stakeholders and Pfizer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with full ownership of tasks.
• Proven experience in program management or related roles delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including tasks, timelines and milestones.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the program team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications internally and externally.
• Ensure all program staff are trained adequately.
• Track program-level activities per pre-agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure completion of Non AE data on a monthly basis as per Pfizer guidelines.
• Ensure quarterly Oversight per Pfizer guidelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on status, achievements and challenges.
• Lead regular program meetings to assess progress and drive decisions.
• Provide accurate reporting of program/projects status.
• Adverse event management and reporting.

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.

What will you do

• Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including tasks, timelines, milestones etc.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the program-related communications, both internally and externally
• Ensuring that all the program staff is trained adequately
• Keep a track on the program level activities as per the pre-agreed timelines and deliverables
• Ensure the completion of Non AE data on an monthly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer
• Ensure the completion of Oversight on quaterly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer
• Provide regular updates and reports to the stakeholders on the program status, achievements and challenges
• Lead regular program meetings to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and drive decision-making
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of the program/projects status
• Adverse event management and adverse event reporting

What we are looking for

• Master's degree (Preferred) or bachelor’s degree with atleast 5 years of experience
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with full ownership of tasks at hand
• Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multitask while working in a highly charged environment
• Proven experience in program management or related roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
