Job summary

Tata 1mg is seeking a Project Associate/Coordinator in Gurgaon to support Speciality Pharma projects and pharmacovigilance activities. The role focuses on accurate AE reporting, PQCs liaison with DSU/PS, and cross-functional coordination to ensure regulatory compliance.

The candidate will liaise with health coaches, DSU, and internal stakeholders, perform quality checks, and maintain program data across systems. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end quality checks across patient enrollment, FOC processing, order placement, Adverse Event (AE) reporting, and related program activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and verify patient enrollment documents, FOC requests, order details, and supporting documentation before approval or processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate placement of FOC orders with the delivery team in the prescribed format after completing quality verification.
• Review and reconcile Adverse Events (AEs) in accordance with pharmacovigilance guidelines and defined timelines.
• Resolve operational queries from patients, field teams, and internal stakeholders within defined timelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient records and program data in the CRM and other designated systems.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, MIS, dashboards, and other program-related reports.
• Monitor adherence to program SOPs, client requirements, quality standards, and defined timelines, and elevate deviations to the Program Manager.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required data, reports, documentation, and audit evidence.
• Ensure compliance with program SOPs, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory and quality standards while supporting continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Brief about the Team

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. Thecandidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs andprojects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.This role will be critical in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Adverse Events (AEs) and ProductQuality Complaints (PQCs) to the Drug Safety Unit (DSU) or Patient Safety (PS) department, while alsosupporting operational excellence in pharmacovigilance activities. What will you do
