Job summary

Senses Akustik is seeking a production supervisor with hands-on CNC panel division experience in Gujarat. The role requires reading engineering drawings, optimizing machine utilization, supervising operators, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Candidate should have 5+ years in manufacturing, proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and familiarity with ERP (Odoo preferred). Knowledge of furniture/woodworking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience operating Panel Division/CNC machines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred), Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Experience in leading or supervising production teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Furniture, Modular Furniture, Interior Products, or Woodworking Industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production reports and update ERP/Odoo, Google Sheets, and MS Office records.
• Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and company SOPs.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity and process efficiency.
